Light Product Development offers consultancy in (opto-)thermo-mechanical design,analysis,manufacturing and testing for space- or precision-instruments, based on over 25 years of experience in this field.
Specialist in thermal engineering (thermal network model analysis) of optical instruments and radiative/conductive/convective cooling systems in vacuum or ambient pressure environment, as well as thermal qualification testing in these environments

Furthermore specialisation in mechanical engineering (design, analysis and test) of space or precision instruments, especially in combination with thermal issues. Thermo-mechanical (FEM) analysis is one of the many tools to investigate the possible deformation issue to reach a strong, stiff and thermally stable design.
